一、复试考什么?
考研复试的内容都由学校自己决定，请关注你报考院校的研究生招办网，程序和内容以及要求等都会出面试细则。

但主要都包括英语听说能力测试、专业课笔试和综合面试这三个方面。笔试分为英语、专业课。面试可能问到个人基本情况、英语问题、专业问题、热点问题等。
这里给大家提供一个公式：
复试成绩=专业课笔试成绩×笔试权重+面试成绩×面试权重+外语听说能力成绩×外语权重。
三者之间的权重：外语听说能力测试的权重为10%，笔试和面试的权重是学校自己决定的，一般是面试占30%，当然也有很多学校面试占50%。所以一定要需要密切关注报考院校信息，了解具体的比重，有侧重的准备。
二、复试时间、程序及相关要求有哪些?
复试时间大致在2月底~4月中旬，复试流程各高校大同小异，复试时间一般都是2~4天，包括体检、笔试、面试三种形式。

三、考研复试要准备哪些材料?
一定要仔细研读复试单位的相关规定。
学生证、准考证、身份证、本科成绩单(要有学校教务处公章)、毕业证、学历证、四六级证书等证书、大学期间获得的奖状或者工作期间取得的一些成果等这些一定要带。(最好把这些资料复印一份备份)，另外，考生最好能带上一寸免冠照片几张(体检要用)。

四、复试具体考察学生的哪些能力呢?
不同学校考查形式不同，因此考查能力或多或少有一些差别，有的院校注重学生的专业能力，有的院校注重学生的英语能力，有的院校注重学生的综合素质能力，处理问题的能力，有的院校注重学生动手实践的能力，注重的能力或多或少是与专业相关。
但是大多数院校还是比较重视学生的综合素养能力，例如沟通交流、处理问题等方面，需要关注自己报考的院校考查的方式，也要提升个人自身素质。

六、本科所读学校对复试的影响大不大?
大多数高校老师是要看你目标院校的地位，一般来说985、211高校兼有的院校是比较看出身的。但是如果你的成绩较高、个人能力较小的，影响力是不大的，关键要学会如何突出自己的优势。
七、怎么估计自己是否能进复试?

英语听说能力准备
英语听力部分，大多数学校都以四六级等现有的重要考试作为参考标准，不知道如何准备听力的童鞋可以多听英语六级听力。
对口语的考查，各个学校各不相同。有的学校制定了非常详细的标准和流程，甚至规定了每个老师发问的方式和时间;有的只是面试老师的自由发挥，成绩也基本上由面试老师主观判定。
不管面试严不严格，大家都要认真准备这几个问题：一是自我介绍，启道考研的英语面试专题中有详细的自我介绍模板，大家只要抓紧背起来就好了。二是作好用英语回答专业类问题的准备，平时就注重对专业词汇的积累。
综合面试准备
1.穿着方面：老师想要的是一个富有朝气的年轻人。男生要穿着整齐，一定要好好打理头发，把脸颊刮干净;女生同样要穿着整齐大方、精神干练，长头发的要扎起来，马尾即可，可以适当地化淡妆，但是切忌浓妆艳抹。
2.非专业类问题：问题一般都比较富有生活气息。老师主要看重学生是什么样的人，所以言谈举止、一举一动都非常重要。因此，大家要在做自我介绍的时候表现得勇敢自信，清晰流利。
3.专业类问题：大家在这个时候要始终保持一种谦虚、谨慎、从容的心态，切忌过度紧张导致胡言乱语。当大家抽到难以回答的题目时，不要不懂装懂，也不要直接说不知道傻站在那，应该先讲出一些自己了解的相关知识，然后委婉表达出自己不是很了解，老师一般不会为难你的。
专业课笔试准备
如果学校提供了考试范围，同学们在初试结束后一定要尽快开始复习。不要考虑自己的分数高低，如果等分数公布后再进行复习，时间是不够的，因为有的学校公布分数后一周就进行复试工作。
如果学校没有给考试范围，尽量找到这个专业的学长学姐们，询问下考试的大概内容，做到有备无患。

1.入场
要注意礼节，基本的礼仪千万不要出错。例如敲门征得许可后再进入，先向各位老师问好，鞠躬幅度要适宜，得到老师同意后入座。
2.自我介绍
打好腹稿，表达清晰流畅、简明扼要，给老师们留下好的第一印象，也会使你在之后的面试中信心倍增。切忌机械背诵，要包含感情，适当放缓语速，加以谈笑。
3.回答问题
回答专业相关问题切忌死记书本，要结合导师的项目或论文，突出自己的优势，让老师觉得“你需要我这样的研究生”。
如果遇到不熟悉的问题不要立即回答，先思考一个大概的思路，放缓语速，尽可能清晰流畅地表达，擅用“第一、第二”，显得自己的表述很有逻辑。
考研面试注意事项
1.忌夸夸其谈
导师要的是能做事少说话的学生，因此不要夸夸其谈，可以随意但不能随便。回答问题时态度要诚恳，切忌不懂装懂。
2.充分调动各种感官
老师在面试考生时，有时会与学生有目光的交流，如果有这种情况，我们要抓住机会加深自己在导师眼中的印象，例如适当点一下头，或微笑表示赞同等，与老师的目光接触十分有效。
3.以平稳的心态应对全局
提前准备一些可以谈论的话题，对于面试老师曾经发表过的论文，做到心中有数。遇到不熟悉的问题可以向自己熟悉的方向引导。
